The ABC Unified School District is currently accepting inter-district and intra-district permit applications for the 2022-2023 school year.
ABCUSD will begin accepting Inter-District permit applications for the 2022-2023 school year on June 2, 2022. This Inter-District application process is for students who reside outside of ABCUSD boundaries. All  permits are submitted to the Child Welfare and Attendance Office. Please be aware that filling out this form does not guarantee enrollment.
To complete the inter-district application you will need to have the following documentation ready to submit:
  1. Approved release (permit) from your current district of residence
  2. Student(s) current grades
  3. Student(s) attendance record
  4. Student(s) behavior/discipline report (if no record exists, please submit a note to indicate no record of discipline exists)
  5. Student(s) IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
Submitting an incomplete application will delay processing of a permit.
Permit approval, denial, and revocation is based on space and availability, the student's academic progress, attendance, and behavior. Site administrators review all permits periodically. If a permit is accepted, students are expected to maintain satisfactory academic achievement and behavior.

Please read all instructions carefully before completing the application.

All applications to be submitted must include:
