College and Career Logo

ABC Unified School District's College and Career Programs are committed to preparing every student for success in college, careers, and life. We are dedicated to developing innovative, high-quality programs that equip students with the academic knowledge, technical skills, and real-world experiences needed to thrive in today's 21st-century global workforce. Through comprehensive career pathways, students explore high-wage, high-demand industries while gaining the knowledge and experiences that prepare them for postsecondary education, meaningful careers, and lifelong success.

College and Career Vision

Our College and Career Vision is to prepare all ABC Unified School District students to thrive in college, careers, and a global workforce as confident, skilled, and lifelong learners.

College and Career Mission

Our College and Career Mission is to engage, educate, and empower students through innovative college and career programs that foster academic excellence, technical skill development, creativity, and personal growth, preparing them to achieve their goals and become tomorrow's leaders.

Our Vision and Mission are strengthened by outstanding business and community partnerships that work collaboratively to support students, educators, and schools throughout the district. These partnerships span all grade levels and are tailored to meet the unique needs of individual schools, programs, and activities.

Our partners contribute in a variety of meaningful ways. Some volunteer through the RISE Reading Program by mentoring students and reading with children each week. Others participate in initiatives such as Principal for a Day and Student Government Day or serve as guest speakers in Career Technical Education (CTE) classrooms. Many partners provide mentorship, tutoring, science fair judging, classroom support, job-shadowing experiences, internships for students and teachers, and career exploration opportunities. In addition, many business and community partners provide financial support that enhances educational programs and expands opportunities for students.
