the youth Leadership Summit it's about empowering our youth to go Forex to take action at their school side I'm so excited this year our focuses on equity and our students was Equity begins with that we believe that we're sending back to school Equity Champion leaders it is our hope that they go back to school and make a difference in your school Community by looking for opportunities to create a Global Learning conditions for all students we're just really proud of our 200 students who are there it is our hope that these Equity check he has to go back and make a difference at their school so I enjoyed meeting you people and interacting with others from different schools because it allowed me to realize the other issues that people may be facing and other schools also have the similar to what I'm facing in my school or how it's different because it allows me to see I need to change how I treat other people or how I talk to others so that I'm encouraging so I'm promoting wherever games are my favorite part of today it was really nice meeting everyone here because they're all so they're all such leaders and I love how they're so spirited to make a difference and I'm stranded too and I'm so glad that we will all be able to take home after leadership back to our school so we will change change it for the better Tommy the scales to give back to my community and make it a better place if we were talking about in our groups where we want to take back we will really want to like make the teachers also understand like gacha Studio so we're going to have like a a meeting with like this student turn into teachers and the teachers turn in to students where we teach them the difference between equity and equality today was so exciting it was wonderful seeing the transition from Principal teacher to student and sing it in body throughout the Continuum and system I'm so excited for the students to take their action plans back to the sights and see it be brought to life even more
