Welcome to ABCUSD Foster and Homeless Achievement Programs! Eligible students are children and youth experiencing housing insecurity or who are impacted by child welfare systems or juvenile justice systems. The comprehensive programs support school sites, students and families by ensuring compliance with federal and state laws on homeless and foster children's educational rights and protections. School Services Department supports site-level Foster and Homeless Youth liaisons at every school and provides services in the following areas:
